We are open Monday – Thursday 10 AM – 4 PM. We are closed for State and Federal Holidays.
- New Memberships: Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of the original join date. Approved refunds will be issued minus payment processing fees, which are non-refundable.
- Renewals: Renewal payments are non-refundable, as members receive advance notifications and immediate continued access to IBCC programs, events, and member benefits.
- Mid-Year Cancellations: Membership dues cannot be prorated or partially refunded. Cancellations apply to future renewals only.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time by providing a written request to info@indybcc.com. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not refund current-year dues.
