1. Project Overview
The Indy Black Chamber of Commerce seeks proposals from established consultants and firms capable of delivering a range of business services to support the growth and operational efficiency of local small businesses in Marion County, Indiana. Services required include, but are not limited to, marketing assistance, website development, SEO marketing, accounting assistance, legal services, human resources, business coaching, credit repair services, and business certifications.
2. Scope of Work
Selected vendors will work directly with local small businesses to provide outsourced business services. The target recipients are businesses that have been established for at least 12 months, are located in Marion County, and have generated revenue of $6,000+ over the last year. Services provided should be designed to enhance business operations, increase visibility, and improve financial management among other outcomes.
3. Eligibility Requirements
– Vendors must operate within industries requiring specific professional qualifications or certifications and must possess such credentials.
– Vendors must demonstrate a proven track record of success in delivering services similar to those requested.
4. Proposal Submission Requirements
Proposals must include:
– A detailed understanding of the project scope.
– Methodology and approach for delivering the requested services.
– Company background, including team qualifications and relevant experience.
– Case studies or examples of similar projects completed.
– Detailed pricing structure, ensuring that the average service cost does not exceed $800 without prior authorization from the Indy Black Chamber.
– Proposed timeline for service delivery.
5. Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
– Vendor experience and track record.
– Quality and relevance of portfolio.
– Cost-effectiveness and value for money.
– Feasibility of the proposed timeline.
– Results of vendor interviews.
6. Budget
Services provided by each vendor to each business should not exceed $800 per instance unless prior authorization is obtained from the Indy Black Chamber.
7. Key Dates

– Project Commencement: January 1, 2024
