Request for Proposal (RFP): Data Management Services for Indy Black Chamber of Commerce, INC
Introduction
Indy Black Chamber of Commerce, INC is seeking proposals from qualified data management companies to provide comprehensive data management services. The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor that can assist in enhancing our data management capabilities to better serve our members and community.
Background
The Indy Black Chamber of Commerce, Inc is a prominent organization dedicated to supporting and promoting Black and minority-owned businesses and entrepreneurs in Indianapolis and the surrounding areas. With a diverse membership base spanning various industry, we are committed to fostering economic growth and advocating for our members’ interests.
Objectives
The primary objectives of this engagement are:
- Improve member data management practices, including database organization, maintenance, and security.
- Enhance data analytics capabilities to derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Scope of Work
The selected vendor will be responsible for the following:
- Assess current data management practices and systems.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data management strategy.
- Conduct regular data audits and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Train [Chamber] staff on best practices in data management.
- Assist in the integration of data management tools and technologies.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing data workflows and processes.
- Support in the development of custom reports and dashboards for data analysis.
- To have all areas of work completed within a 6-month period.
Proposal Requirements
Proposals should include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Company background and experience in providing data management services to organizations of comparable size and scope.
- Proposed approach and methodology for assessing and improving data management practices.
- Detailed project timeline with milestones and deliverables.
- Description of tools, technologies, and systems to be utilized.
- Proposed pricing structure and cost breakdown.
- References from at least three current or past clients.
Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in data management.
- Clarity and comprehensiveness of the proposed approach.
- Alignment with Indy Black Chamber of Commerce’s objectives and requirements.
- Qualifications and experience of the project team.
- Cost-effectiveness and value for money.
