Parachute Cohort

IBCC supports entrepreneurs at all stages, and to meet the needs of those with a dream of starting a business or within their first year of business ownership, we created the Parachute cohort: “You launch your business, and we will catch you”.

This business development class is designed for entrepreneurs in the business revenue class of $0 – 25K. This 4-week business development training class was created to inspire, cultivate, and embrace entrepreneurship. This class will help develop business owners from where they are and help create the foundation necessary for those who have a start-up concept in place, to have the confidence in their knowledge of business acumen and begin their dream of becoming an entrepreneur.

Parachute is designed to help new entrepreneurs take their first steps into business ownership. Participants will gain insight surrounding the topics of: Organizational Types, Creating a Business Plan, Risk Management, and Financial Management. Classes meet once per week for a duration of two hours for the 4-week cohort.
